Six Everfit alternatives with public US-dollar prices are Trainerize, TrueCoach, PT Distinction, Kahunas, CoachRx and HubFit. As read on October 30, 2026, Everfit itself has a free Starter plan for up to 5 clients, Pro from $19 a month billed monthly for 5 clients, and Studio from $105 a month billed monthly for 50 clients. Of the six, Trainerize is the one with a free plan on its pricing page, and its free Basic plan covers 1 coaching client, against 5 on Everfit's Starter. A roster of 5 or fewer pays nothing on Everfit.

Trainerize: the Studio bundle and a branded app

Trainerize suits a coach who wants add-ons and a branded app inside one plan. Grow is $10 a month billed monthly for 2 coaching clients, and Pro 50 is $135 for 50. Studio Plus is $275 a month billed monthly for 500 coaching client seats. It includes Advanced Nutrition Coaching, Business, Video Coaching, Stripe Integrated Payments and a Studio Custom Branded App with its own App Store listing.

At 50 clients, Everfit Studio is $105 a month billed monthly and Trainerize Pro 50 is $135. Everfit sells Meal Plans & Recipe Books at $39, Payments & Packages at $9 and Autoflow from $29 a month on top, billed monthly. Autoflow is its automation add-on, charged by actual usage.

Trainerize's 30-day trial takes unlimited clients and needs no card. Its pricing FAQ says the account reverts to the free plan, with 1 coaching client, when the trial ends instead of billing you, and add-ons are not part of the trial. Trainerize vs Everfit compares the two plan by plan.

TrueCoach and PT Distinction

TrueCoach's pricing page, read October 30, 2026, lists Starter at $29.98 for up to 5 active clients, Standard at $69.98 for up to 20 and Pro at $164.98 for up to 50, all billed monthly, with an email for anything above 50. It says annual plans carry a 90-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers, with restrictions, and it offers a 14-day trial with no card. TrueCoach vs Everfit sets it against Everfit directly.

PT Distinction prices monthly only: Basic is $19.90 for 3 clients, Pro is $59.90 for 25 and Master is $89.90 for 50. Extra clients on Pro cost $2.40 a month each after a free first month. Custom branded Android and iOS apps start on Pro, and its 1-month trial asks for card details.

Kahunas, CoachRx and HubFit

• Kahunas prices by the seat, and a seat is an active client or a team member: $5.00 a seat for 3 to 24 seats and $2.50 a seat for 25 to 49, billed monthly. White label starts at 200 seats.
• CoachRx charges $29 a month for 1 to 5 clients and $79 for 6 to 50, billed monthly. Its page puts every feature on every plan and says moving your clients and programs costs nothing, and the card is charged on day 15 of the 14-day trial.
• HubFit charges $39 a month for up to 50 clients (Standard) and $69 for up to 100 (Premium), billed monthly. Custom branding and payments start at Premium, and every plan opens with a 14-day trial.
