Selling programs in Trainerize

Stripe Integrated Payments lets a coach sell services and digital fitness products inside Trainerize while payment collection and product delivery run automatically. With it, client programs are assigned automatically and invoices are generated; without it, a coach assigns programs by hand. Products can also be sold from Trainerize.me, the coach's public profile and storefront.

Clients pay by credit card only, and Trainerize's article names bank transfers and e-wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay as methods outside the add-on. A coach picks a country and currency at setup and cannot change the selection once confirmed. Trainerize states no payment fee of its own and points to Stripe's page for fees.

The Stripe add-on or the Business bundle

The Stripe add-on is $10 a month and Business is $25 a month, both billed monthly on Grow and Pro. Trainerize's help center says Business contains the Stripe and video add-ons and adds booking links, referrals, announcements and trial products, which let a prospect try your services without using a client seat. Trainerize says there are no double charges when Business is bought after Stripe or Video.

If you stop paying for the add-on

Ending Stripe Integrated Payments or Business cancels every active or pending recurring client product, and Trainerize says those products cannot be resumed if you upgrade later. A canceled add-on stays active until the end of the billing cycle.

Payments are not available on the free plan or in Trainerize's 30-day trial, which takes unlimited clients with no credit card, so build and price your programs there and switch payments on once you subscribe. Per the pricing page, the account reverts to the free plan (1 coaching client) when the trial ends.

Who should pick which

  • TrueCoach for payments inside the plan price: its pricing page, read October 30, 2026, lists Starter at $29.98 a month, billed monthly. See Trainerize vs TrueCoach.
  • Everfit for the lower payments add-on price: $9 a month against Trainerize's $10, both billed monthly.
  • HubFit for payments and packages from Premium, $69 a month, billed monthly.
  • Kahunas for selling through your own Stripe or PayPal account, with no cut taken, as Kahunas says.
  • Trainerize for programs delivered automatically after a sale; its add-on prices are in Trainerize add ons.
