Try Trainerize →Every feature on CoachRx, add-ons on Trainerize
CoachRx's pricing page says every plan includes every feature, and its help center says there is no feature gating between plans. Trainerize sells nutrition, payments and video as monthly add-ons below Studio: Advanced Nutrition Coaching $45 on Pro 30 and up, Business $25, Video Coaching $10 and Stripe Integrated Payments $10. Trainerize's help center lists the Stripe and video add-ons inside Business.
The Studio Plus bundle, $275 a month billed monthly, covers every add-on. Nutrition features at either vendor are software features, not nutrition, medical or legal advice.
Annual terms, trials and the day-15 charge
CoachRx gives 14 days and then charges the card, while Trainerize's 30-day trial needs no card and ends on its free plan. CoachRx's pricing page says the card is charged on day 15 for the plan that matches your active clients. Its annual rate is a twelve-month term paid in full up front: $67 a month for 6 to 50 clients, against $79 billed monthly.
Trainerize's trial takes unlimited active clients, and add-ons are not part of it. Per its help center, the account then reverts to the free plan with 1 coaching client. Annual plans are billed once per year, add-ons stay monthly, and unused portions of a subscription are not refunded.
Moving from Trainerize to CoachRx and back
Take a trainer with 50 clients moving from another app. On CoachRx that roster sits at the top of the 6 to 50 band, $79 billed monthly or $67 billed annually, and the 51st active client moves the bill to $199. On Trainerize it is Pro 50, $135 billed monthly or $122 billed annually, with Pro 75 at $180 next.
CoachRx says it moves your clients and programs across at no cost, and its pricing page names Trainerize among the apps it moves from. Its help center also describes a bulk CSV import that brings clients in but not prior training history, completed workouts or measurements. Trainerize's help center says programs cannot be exported, only printed or saved as PDF.
Moving into Trainerize takes a client CSV with first name, last name and email, and its help center documents no import of another app's programs. A beta AI Workout Builder can draft a workout from an uploaded file on paid plans. The Trainerize migration tool page has the steps.
