Try Trainerize →Trainerize trainer seats by plan
Trainerize lists trainer seats beside client seats on each plan. Per the plan data behind its pricing page, Pro 5 and Pro 15 include 1 trainer seat, Pro 30 to Pro 75 up to 3, Pro 100 and Pro 200 up to 5, and Studio Plus and Studio Max up to 6, each Studio plan for 1 location.
Grow lists unlimited trainers for its 2 clients, and Enterprise, for 5 or more locations, is contact sales. No price for an added trainer seat is stated. A team of three trainers with 30 clients fits Pro 30 at $79 a month, billed monthly. The same three trainers with 75 clients fit Pro 75 at $180, billed monthly, and a fourth trainer at 75 clients fits Pro 100, with up to 5 trainer seats, at $225.
Sharing programs and messages across a team
Trainerize's Copy To feature shares workouts and programs between clients, programs and trainers in a business without changing the originals. Group messages put clients and trainers in one thread, and groups hold up to 1000 members. Each account has one Account Owner, and other staff hold roles such as Admin, Manager or Shared Trainer. A client cannot be assigned to several trainers; the help center points to a group message instead.
When trainers count as seats
Kahunas counts each team member as a seat, the same as an active client, and the owner takes none. Its page lists Team seats from the 50 to 99 seat band, at $2.00 a seat a month, billed monthly.
Three trainers besides the owner and 30 clients make 33 seats, which price in the 25 to 49 band: 33 x $2.50 = $82.50 a month, billed monthly (our arithmetic). The band that lists Team seats starts at 50 seats: 50 x $2.00 = $100 a month, billed monthly (our arithmetic).
