Last reviewed October 30, 2026

Quick answerTrainerize is worth it for a coach with 30 or more clients who will use its payments, nutrition and branded app, which Studio bundles; a coach with 5 clients or fewer pays nothing on Everfit's free Starter plan.

Is Trainerize worth it at your client count

Trainerize is worth it for a coach with 30 or more clients who will use its payments, nutrition and branded app. At 3 to 5 clients it is not the cheapest route: Pro 5 is $25 a month billed monthly, while Everfit's Starter plan is free for up to 5 clients.

As read on October 30, 2026, Pro 30 is $79 a month billed monthly before add-ons, Pro 75 is $180 and Studio Plus is $275 with every add-on included, all billed monthly.

Is Trainerize legit: who runs it and what you sign

Trainerize's Business User Terms of Service, last updated August 1, 2026, name ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC as the contracting party for US customers. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and Trainerize may change billing rates on 30 days' written notice. It accepts credit cards and Visa or Mastercard debit cards only.

Where the money goes: add-ons and the branded app

Add-ons are billed monthly even on an annual plan. Advanced Nutrition Coaching is $20 on Grow, Pro 5 and Pro 15 and $45 on Pro 30 to Pro 200. Business is $25, and Video Coaching and Stripe Integrated Payments are $10 each. Trainerize's help center says Business contains the Stripe and video add-ons. At 30 clients, Pro 30 with nutrition and Business is $149 a month billed monthly, our arithmetic. Nutrition features are software tools, not nutrition, medical or legal advice.

The Pro Custom Branded App is a $169 one-time setup fee. Studio plans include their own Studio branded app. The Trainerize cost per client page works the totals at 10, 30 and 75 clients.

Refunds, canceling and your data

Trainerize's pricing FAQ says it does not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription, and its terms make annual fees non-refundable. You cancel only through the interface.

Workouts and programs cannot be exported, only printed or saved as PDF, and client history such as workout history and body measurements cannot be exported either. A client list can be. The help center says a canceled account stays active on the free plan, while the terms say Trainerize may delete your account and content on cancellation. Save your client list and program PDFs first.

When a rival is the better buy

For 5 clients or fewer, Everfit's free Starter plan costs less than Pro 5 at $25 a month billed monthly. For 6 to 50 clients, CoachRx is $79 a month billed monthly; its pricing page says every plan includes every feature and that it moves clients and programs over at no cost. That is the same $79 as Trainerize Pro 30, which holds 30 clients, while Pro 50 is $135. See Trainerize alternatives for seven apps.

The Trainerize review covers every plan. Test it on your own roster: the trial lasts 30 days, holds unlimited clients and asks for no credit card. Trainerize says add-ons are not part of it and that the account moves to the free plan at day 30.
