Trainerize cost per client, roster by roster

Trainerize does not charge per client. It charges for a seat band, so the cost per client is the band price divided by your roster. As read on October 30, 2026, Pro 15 works out to $5.00 a client at 10 clients, Pro 30 to about $2.63 at 30 clients and Pro 75 to $2.40 at 75 clients, all billed monthly and before add-ons.

On the annual rates the same bands are $4.50, about $2.37 and $2.16 a client. Per-client figures are our arithmetic, not Trainerize prices.

Monthly totals with nutrition and Business, our arithmetic

Add Advanced Nutrition Coaching and the Business add-on, both billed monthly, and the totals are $95 a month at 10 clients ($50 + $20 + $25), $149 at 30 clients ($79 + $45 + $25) and $250 at 75 clients ($180 + $45 + $25). Trainerize's help center says Business contains Stripe and Video Coaching; see Trainerize add-ons.

Add-ons stay on monthly billing even on an annual plan, so on the annual rates the totals are $90, $141 and $232 a month. At 30 clients a year is 12 x $71 = $852 for Pro 30, billed once, plus 12 x $70 = $840 for the two add-ons: $1,692, our arithmetic.

When a band fills: Pending clients and upgrades

A new client waits as Pending when no seat is free, and Trainerize's help center says an upgrade does not move Pending clients in automatically, so activate them by hand. Upgrades start immediately and are prorated. Basic clients, who only book and buy, use no seat. Offline clients and your own test client do.

The help center says the account then moves to the free plan, and the pricing page says add-ons are not part of the trial, so the totals above cannot be rehearsed there.

Studio Plus against Pro 75 with add-ons

At 75 clients, Pro 75 with Advanced Nutrition and Business is $250 a month billed monthly, our arithmetic. Studio Plus is $275 a month billed monthly and includes every add-on plus the Studio branded app. On Pro, the Pro app is a separate $169 one-time fee. Per-seat and per-band rivals at the same rosters

• Kahunas: $5.00 a seat a month for 3 to 24 seats, $2.50 for 25 to 49 and $2.00 for 50 to 99; a seat is a client or team member. That is $50.00 at 10 clients and $75.00 at 30, our arithmetic.
• CoachRx: $79 a month for 6 to 50 clients and $199 for 51 to 150; it says every plan has every feature.
• PT Distinction Pro: $59.90 a month with 25 clients included, then $2.40 a month for each extra client.
